Some breakthroughs happening in the group:

Answering all your questions about the membership:

It makes me nervous thinking about spending money on this. How can I be sure this isn’t a waste of cash?

Well, it averages out to only $10/month so even if you're only enjoying the yoga classes, it's a steal. Attending a yoga class in a studio is around $18-$25 per class, and a private class with me is $100+. But of course yoga is only ONE part of the program. The weekly prompts and resource library are well-worth the dollar. If you want a preview of how I teach, you can check out my YouTube channel. There's not a ton on there because I live to give all my value to the women in the collective but there is a 10 minute yoga practice and 8 minute guided meditation there to enjoy.

I have a lot of commitments and my schedule is pretty overwhelming already. Do I have time for all of this?

The number one thing I see holding women back from finding true alignment is never prioritizing themselves. Have you heard this before: If you don’t make time, you will never have the time. In truth, this collective was designed with that block in mind: it’s just 15 minutes a week. If you miss a week, skip it and move on. Use the prompts and activities with what aligns for you. Can’t find a 15 minute block in your week, break it up into two chunks. I KNOW that you can find time for that.

What if I get stuck? Will I be able to get my questions answered by you?

YES! The beauty of signing on for the annual membership is that you get access to exclusive monthly group coaching calls where you can ask ALL the questions. If you can’t make the call, you can submit questions in advance and watch the recording. But have questions in between? I’m active in our private Facebook group where you can seek help and support from both me and the other women learning and growing alongside you. You will NOT feel alone in this.

How does the Wild Women Collective work?

Ooo. My favorite question!

When you join you’ll get an email with all the instructions but in short….

1) You’ll get immediate access to an online membership portal with beginner resources and all previous recordings of the coaching calls and yoga sessions.

2) Early each Monday morning you’ll receive your 15 minute a week prompts: 1 rewilding activity (sometimes it’s a guided meditation, sometimes a stretch, sometimes a guided walk, etc.) and 1 journal prompt.

3) You also get access to these bonuses: Monthly yoga class on Zoom (recordings if you can’t make it live); Monthly group coaching call to answer all your questions and receive support; Private online Facebook group for community support and accountability; Discount of one month free

I’m an absolute newbie at yoga. Is this too advanced for me?

Absolutely not! We have women in the group from all abilities from total newb to practiced yogi. With yoga, it’s not about being able to get into a pose. Rather, it’s about becoming present with your experience. Based off needs in the group, we’ve already got classes in the membership where you can practice from your chair if you have low mobility as well as some beginner modules to teach the basics of a sun salutation. I’m the queen of offering modifications so that you can feel comfortable and excited about practicing!

I've been working on my self-journey for a while and have the basics down. Is there anything I can learn from this?

I absolutely love this question. And yes! Even if you’re not a newbie, I want you inside Wild Women Collective. The thing is, we have so much to learn from each other. And even if I’m reminding you of things you already know, it’s powerful to continue our practice alongside other powerful women working toward the same goals.

What if I'm not ready to commit to the annual membership?

You can enroll any time of the year at our monthly rate of $11/month which will be billed the same day each month. You'll gain access to everything but the discount, monthly group coaching calls, and any one-time bonuses offered. But you'll still get all the amazing prompts, yoga practices, membership module, and community support! Click here to enroll monthly.

Kirsten Wild, Your Yoga Guide

Hi, I'm Kirsten, former midwesterner and lifelong yogi who now lives in Utah after working my butt off to refinish my Michigan home, sell 90% off my belongings, and hit the road for a more non-traditional life. A life where I got to travel full time and live out of my vehicle. I got to hike and be out in nature every single day. I picked up a new hobby (rock climbing!), learned to canyoneer, and even jumped out of a plane!

But the most important part of this journey was my journey back to myself. After feeling burned out for years, I realized it had been just as long since I had truly done something for myself. I was caught in a cycle of living for everyone else so much that I had lost a sense of who I was and even of what I enjoyed out of life. I was disconnected from my deep, wild soul.

For too long, I had denied myself of my voice. My spirit. My own self-love. When I finally, finally stopped quieting my intuition, my inner guidance, my Wild woman, I was able to step out of a place of chaos into a place of beauty. When I got divorced to protect my own safety and start listening to my gut, I changed my last name to Wild so that I may never forget.

And none of that would have been possible without first learning to love myself and my body. Yoga was instrumental. It taught me to look inward, to feel comfortable and confident in my skin, to listen to what my body and my emotions to feel for what I needed to move forward and let go of what no longer served me.

I'm passionate about helping women with that same strive for something more. I love to help them feel grounded and confident in their own bodies, build strength, get outdoors, and get unstuck.

I'm so grateful I now get to help others find joy in movement and start the path back to finding their own sense of self. My goal is to help women who are ready to reclaim their wild spirit and start once again living for themselves, finding joy in every day.

I now live my dream life because I listened to that deep knowing within. An intuition I had to follow. Now that my ears are open to what lives in the wild, untamed and unafraid, I'll do anything to help you find it, too.

Kirsten is a lifelong yoga student and is infinitely grateful for moments when she can share what she is learning with others. She believes in the healing power of yoga for the body, mind, and heart. Kirsten typically teaches slow flow yoga classes that are accessible to all levels, always offering variations based on who is in the class or requested focus areas. As she likes to tell people who say they can’t do yoga: “If you have a body, if you can breathe, you can do yoga.” Originally from Michigan, Kirsten now calls the Southwest desert area of Utah home.
